I've been over reading the TOS for CMT.  I found one rule that all the post hoarders violate everytime they drag up an old post.  Maybe it was the others or maybe it was Laura and her friends that got the board shut down by constantly violating TOS 6i.  You are not allowed to "Collect, obtain, compile, gather, transmit, reproduce, delete, revise, view or display any material or information, whether personally identifiable or not, posted by or concerning any other person, firm or enterprise, in connection with their or your use of the Site, unless you have obtained the express, prior permission of such other person, firm or enterprise to do so."

I could understand them shutting down ITM but it suprises me them shutting down ALL the boards.  I bet Toby's people are coming undone!

I'll be glad when it opens, I can't wait to see what the reaction to the closing is.  LadyGT350 rides again! lol
