I have to get ready to be at the doctor's at 7:50. I try and get there early and then you don't sit in the waiting room for an hour or more. I think he will have me get my flu shot.
I'm BACK! i had to get my flu shot and they took some more blood.
I got it all on my left arm so just one will be sore..
He said I except I still need to lose 10 pounds..make that 13. I have gained 3 pounds in 2 months. Anyway he says I need to go back to WW cause they keep me under control.
