Get the most you can then take the money and run.  A bird in the hand is worth two in a bush. 

Well I know ya'll are gonna think I am crazy, but........

I am sticking with the original agreement. The lady has already tried to get a transfer from her job to the location down the road from here.

She works as a manager at McDonalds. They are going to try to work with her and let her move. She will be about 5 minutes from her job if she moves into my MH.

I have a good feeling about it. I want to help her. She has a 12 year old son.

I just wish the schools around here were better.

 

I believe in helping people that help themselves first. This lady needs a break. The one renting the MH now has screwed my Boss,me and who knows who else over.

She has a dead beat boyfriend, which is not my fault. I tried to help her and she

did me wrong.

You are a good person Cher, always trying to help people. I am sure that this lady will appreciate it. Not many people are like that and will help you. God will bless you for your kindness.
