1/4 C. butter
1 Lrg. can of Half peaches, drain & save juice (cut into 1/4" slices)
1 box of Jiffy brand golden yellow cake mix (small blue and white box)
1 egg
1/2 C. peach juice reserved
Preheat oven to 350*. In a 8 x 8 square pan melt butter. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over melted butter, then arrange peach slices in the pan. Set aside. Mix cake mix, egg, reserved peach juice for 4 minutes, pour over peaches. Bake 40 to 50 minutes till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 1-2 minutes, then invert onto a serving platter. Cool or serve warm.
