Quick N Easy Peanut Butter Fudge
1- 18 oz jar of peanut Butter (I used Skippy EXTRA chunky)
1 -16 oz tub of CREAM CHEESE flavored ready to spread frosting
In a large microwave safe bowl, add peanut butter. Heat in microwave until melted. set aside. Microwave frosting the same way in different bowl. add to melted peanut butter and stir together. spread into a 8X8 square pan coated with non stick cooking spray. refrigerate a few hours until firm. cut into squares
this is sooooo good!
