I was hoping Maggie would be around since
she know more about them than i do
 
last she told me that Johnny was not feeling
as well and was on two walking cane and have
stop touring and Kitty pretty much stop perfoming
as well, that was then. might still be the same now
 
as you know Johnny is around 94 years of age and
Kitty just celebrated 87 or 88. i forget which?
 
i think their son Bobby Wright and his wife Peggy Sue
Wright (Loretta Lynn sister) are touring together. they
had been touring with Kitty and Johnnie

Hi Pat.... in June I attended the ROPE Spectacular in Nashville, Kitty and Johnny were scheduled to be there, but I was told that Johnny wasn't feeling well. Yes Kitty has quit singing....she has throat problems, she told me that last year at the ROPE Spectacular.
 
I am hoping to see Johnny and Kitty in a couple weeks at the ROPE Awards Banquet. Will let ya know if they are there or not....ya may have to ask to remind me.

and for Bill Phillips, he is doing okay
release a couple of cd in the last two
years of his hit
still a common person, just recently
attended a wedding to a young couple me
and Bob know about name Jonathan and
Nikki, they just had breakfast together
not long ago at Bill and Rudy house
Jonathan wedding was held at Jim McReynolds
farm. Jim of course is one half of the famous
Jim and Jessie
not bad for a 23 year old to have these kind of
friends and not be a big shot in the music
business, just a fan like us
