Good Morning Tuesday! It is 5am and I am off to the new job.
Have a terrific Tuesday everyone! We got snow, but not the wind that was forecast so I guess I will have to go in! lol!

Good morning everyone.  No snow here TG!  The temps are starting to dip and we are supposed to get much colder by Thurs.  Not that we are having a heat wave. Just don't care for the single digit numbers. Yeah, I'm whining.  You ladies (most of you anyway) live where it's much colder.  I hate the cold.  I have errands to do today.  Hubby is taking his mother to the Dr. today for her regular check for bp etc.  But she's been sick now for 3 weeks and the cough isn't going away.  I want to go to walmart and get what I need and then try Sears for a filter.  If she gets Rx's I'll get them filled later.  I want to savor shopping alone.  My bad!

Unfortunately the dr's office called earlier and the dr. is sick.  Then I got huffy with hubby because the next appt is in 2 weeks.  This woman has had this cough for 3 weeks and it sounds nasty.  Personally I really don't care if she goes(as mean as that sounds) because she is a grown woman and I am sick to death of her martyr crap and she could easily ask us to make an appt. for her.
 
So hubby called the office back and told them she is sick and could another dr. see her today.  So they are going at 3.  Hubby is going to.  I'm tired of his coughing.   Mine is without a doubt much better.

Mornin' all!  It is COLD out today!  Wind is howling & wind chills are below zero.  Snowing & blowing,  Just a wonderful day!  I get to venture out in it too.  Hooray!  I am SO ready for spring!
 
Not much going on here today.  Wrapping pipes & stuff to get ready for the below zero temps tonite, the a shower & work.  Oh joy!  Have a great day everyone!

I've given up on the weather forecasters around here...when it's warmer...it's supposed to have been single-digits...when it's colder...it's supposed to have been warmer...so go figure...Weathermen are the only people in the world that can be wrong at their jobs 90% of the time and still not get fired!
 
I used to wonder 'why' they even had weathermen in Tucson, Az.  I mean...every day...sunny & hot...oh...except the wind report or during 'monsoon' season (September) when they add that a Thunderstorm will roll in and back out....hehehehehe  Very little variation in the weather out there
 
I got my new air purifier yesterday!  It's wonderful!  I can breathe!  No more 'seeing' smoke in my sun rays...heheheheheh  So now I'm thinking about shampooing and cleaning everything...heheheh...that'll be my excercise!
 
Carla...I hope your shoulder is feeling A-okay real soon...
 
Cynthia...my thoughts are with your Mom...how is she doing?
 
Tonia...the ribs?  Are they healed yet or still giving you trouble.
 
Shirley...I stillllll miss you!

well, today was interesting!! They do things alot differently than we did at the hospital. It will take me a little while to get used to it. I think I will really like the hours when I get used to them too. Thank god it is more money. Randa  taking off like that kind of left me high and dry. I was used to her income supplementing mine and I wasn't prepared for her to be gone so quickly. Walmart wages were so low that now I am behind, my lot rent check bounced. That was my fault. I thought they held on to them for a long time and I gave it to them on the 5th and didn't have money there til the 8th. but now I have a huge fine to pay for that. I may have to have my internet and cable shut off until I get caught up. This hasn't started out to be a good year for me. I will let you know if it gets to that  point. Lets hope not!!
I haven't heard from Randa in 4 days so I am worrying over that too. I am sure she is fine. I would hear from her if she wasn't. And I am missing the little guy. I have been used to having him here every day. Gosh, I sound gloomy. Sorry. Things will get better soon. By the first of Feb things will be ok.
We didn't get much wind last night, thank heavens! We have so much snow. The older I get the less I like it! I want to go someplace warm!! Now it is below 0 and we are supposed to get more snow tonight.
Tonia, how are the ribs doing?? That can take so long to heal!
