I've finally found a new browser that does what I want...AND...it seems to work fast and doesn't appear to take up alot of resources like IE7...I'm even getting the same posting/message window...so if anyone is interested...the program is called Avant...and can be downloaded from:
I'm very pleased with the performance and functionality so far...and I can usually tell within the first 15 minutes of using one...I can post, play games, open tabs and haven't had an issue...so far
Cool....Yoda likes Firefox a lot. I stick with IE, cause is about all I know lol. I have used MSN Explorer and liked that one also. I think I have heard of Avant. Anyone try the new Google Chrome?

Firefox is pretty nice...but it doesn't work well when trying to post to MSN groups...the 'post' windows don't have the same features (like links, and pics) that I have in IE or Avant
Personally I am not touching anything. We just don't understand why we can't get IM working correctly. I can't use Live IM anymore if I install it then I can't get into anything. Once groups ends I think I will have him reinstall IE7 that caused me so much grief in the past. That kept me from posting in groups. Then I will also have the laptop as backup by then. Right now I have the "turkey" version of IM.
Frankie took off everything on the pc twice and reinstalled and it's the same thing. Oh well another 12 days I think to go.
