Well working in the floral department was actually fun and relaxing.  I have today off so far and was told to relax and enjoy it.  The weather here is warm but we are expecting a cold front to come in.  Of course with my luck it will wait until then end of the week when I am working outside lol.  Have a gret day and thank you so much for the siggy.  Have a great day everyone-make it a good one! Carla

Good morning everyone.  We had a nice evening last night.  I decided to make a turkey yesterday so I told my daughter to invite Ruben over for dinner.  Fortunately he was able to come.  Nice to sit around with them and chat for a while.  Today it's really cloudy out and we are headed for some rain they say.  Hopefully I can go to the far stupidmarket before it does that.  They have a good sale on turkey breasts so I want to get 2 for the freezer.  Since we don't eat fish, veal or lamb we are kind of limited on what meats to have for dinner.  So it's a nice change every so often.  Then I have to take MIL to Walmart to pick up her prescriptions.  Why she needs to come with me is beyond me.  So much quicker if I just do it.

Lori-how are things in your household?  Jeffy doing ok?  I hope so.
Have a wonderful day.

Mornin' all!  It's unusually warm, cloudy & windy--storms are forecast again today.  Heading to work today.  Oh joy!  I'm going in early to inform them--get me some help or I quit.  And they also need to be telling day shift to get their stuff done.  They have two nurses on days but still can't get their crap done.  I found coumadin orders that were several days old--folded & hidden under a notebook!  It's just old.

Have a great day!

 Good Evening Everyone!

Wowwee did we have a gorgeous day today.  It was sunny and 66 degrees (18.8888889 for you Judy).  I had window open all over this house!

Still no dryer.  I had to take the already washed loads to the laundromat so I would have some 'good' clean undies to wear to the doctors.  The one good thing about a laundromat is that you get the loads done faster.  But I wasn't really happy with the condition of the dryers.  People must not check pockets when they load things.

Today was another 2 hour wait at the doctor's.  Nothing was really 'determined'...in fact I almost got a brush-off type deal...until I shoved a typed paper in his face that read 'Physical Concerns' that listed 6 different things.  My burning feet and migraines were number 1 and 2 respectively.  He did do a minor nerve conduction test on my feet...but he wants to wait and see what my Cardio doc says about my migraines when I go to see him next week.  The medication that I believe is causing them is actually prescribed by the cardio-doc.  So...I go back to see this doc on March 5th...yippee.  I was so exhausted and starving when I got home (it was a fasting appt) that I ate and went to take a nap.

Carla...maybe you're meant to be a florist.  I'd love to be one!

Claw...did you get out for a walk...or was the weather too nasty?

Tonia...my thoughts are with you today...hoping that the people in charge figure out that they're burning you out.

Lori...thinking about you and hoping that things will be resolved soon.

I wish enough for all of you!

No walk for me today.  It looked like it would start pouring any minute when we headed to the stupidmarket. As soon as we got there the sun came out and it was pretty nice.  I got my 2 turkey breasts and I wanted to pick up these burger patties hubby likes.  When I saw the price I just about fainted.  They wanted $6.99 a pound, all I could say was holy sh*t.  They actually had rib roasts on sale for less.  Needless to say he wasn't getting them.  I found the oust air freshner (unscented) and was able to use my coupon buy 1 get 1 free.  I'm not big on air freshners but sometimes the cats as well as hubby are a bit on the stinky side after they use the litterbox.  It works pretty well and leaves no perfumey odor to compete with the nasty ones.  It pretty much neutralizes.  Yup I know that was way too much information.  Sorry ladies.  But after we got back home and put the food away we needed to head to walmart to pick MIL's prescriptions so the sun was gone by then.  But I can "feel" that spring is not that far.  My bulbs have started to break the surface of the flower beds and the buds on the japanese dwarf maple are a tiny bit more visible.

Tonia-Take 100 deep cleansing breaths and when you are done with that you will have forgotten about those "people"

Lori I hope you check in, we just want to know if everything is going alright.

Judy-are you hiding?

Cynthia-Is hubby still at home?  I'll send you mine and my MIL. That should keep you busy.

No he went to work this week. It's the next 2 weeks I get the honor of having him around. The past 2 days have been nice so David Jr and I have been walking at a park. I am so out of shape it's going to take me a while to be able to walk far. I am trying to push myself a little further each day. My right leg and hip feel like they are going to leave me they hurt so bad. Don't know if I need to see the doctor which will probably tell me to walk and strenghten the mucles, I think I try and give it 2 weeks before I call. Sooner if I feel likes it's getting worse.

Maybe the dr. should send you for physical therapy.  It does wonders for people.  Are you sure I can't send my husband and MIL to you?
