How do you spend the thanksgiving holiday? At home or do you go somewhere?

Are you the chief cook if you celebrate at home, or do others bring a dish?

Or...have you ever ordered the fully prepared dinners that are offered from grocery stores?

This will be the first year that I'm not cooking.  We are going to my sons.

I've always done all the cooking.

Nope I've never ordered dinner for thanksgiving.

I generally work on Thanksgiving so I get to eat the crap they serve there.  I usually cook for the family cause my mother doesnt know how to make the good stuff...she can only manage turkey & mashed potatoes.  I havent eaten the pre-made stuff...except maybe at work.

How do you spend the thanksgiving holiday? At home or do you go somewhere?  Usually I spend it at my own home...but I have gone to other relatives...like when my sister wanted to celebrate at home to accomodate all the ILs...heheheh

Are you the chief cook if you celebrate at home, or do others bring a dish?  I am the chief cook...me, myself, and I...although I do 'recruit' potato peelers...hehehehehe

Or...have you ever ordered the fully prepared dinners that are offered from grocery stores?  I have never tried that...but I know people who have...and they say it's 'the way to go'...and I'm sure that for elderly or disabled or people 'on the go' it might be ideal'
