My dear kitties fight over my lap every time I sit down...probably because I don't do it very often.  And they love to tromp on the keyboard...sending messages no doubt.

I am not allowed to read.  The cats figure if I can't read my eyesight won't get worse.  They are worried I won't be able to find their food to feed them.
They get plenty of online time so they leave me alone while I am on the pc.

My kids used to do this all the time and they are grown.  I put an end to that by simply pulling up a chair next to the computer or behind them when they were on the computer and plopped my butt down!!  A few times of that and they have left me alone while I am on the computer Carla

Angel will 'let me know' when she wants some 'face' time by putting one paw on the keyboard...or if I'm on my PC...she'll knock my arm off the mouse every time I go to use it
