I lose it more now than I used to. I used to hold my anger and suppress it, then when I blew up it was ugly.  I also think the older you are more apt to say something when someone does something to you or that you don't like. In other words you no longer are willing to put up with other people's crap.

I find I have much more patience now than I used too. It takes me a long time to lose my tmeper, but when it blows, LOOK OUT!!
