Depends on the circumstances...what's shady, time of day, crowded or not, etc.

This one would depend on the situation...like Claudia said...what's 'shady'?
 
Some people think 'biker' types look shady...or homeless people...or teenagers...whatever the 'type'...I don't think that 'profiling' people is fair...
 
A guy in an Armani suit could be shady...after all...he would need the money to buy the suits...hahahahahah

Shadey must be a Canadian thing......it means anyone that gives you the "gut" feeling or instinct that something is wrong.
