My Daddy's mother made the best homemade chicken noodle soup! I haven't had anything like it since Aunt Prude (Grandma's sister) died. Try as I might, I cannot duplicate it.
I make a lot of soup in the winter. It's relatively cheap and easy. I'm all for that! And we love it! Hubby even comes over for soup! LOL
At home I'm a slurper but in public I eat like I have a few manners. LOL
Favorite is beef barley but only a certain one and also onion soup
Sometimes I make soup but I can't find a recipe for the beef barley like they make at certain deli's here. The soup is out of this world. I can walk into a deli and can tell in an instant if it's the one by the way it smells in the deli.
Neat eater. I hate it when someone slurps their soup. Hubby does it and I can't stand it.
