Have you ever felt really bad for doing something that was right/good?

Yup......I had to report someone at work for abuse.  The person later became my supervisor...go figure.  But, I know it was the right thing to do, just makes one real unpopular real quick.

All the time.  I have told people before if you are doing something illegal or unethical please don't tell me.  It's bad enough when I discover things on my own.  I honestly don't want to know because I will have to do something about it.

This was just classic.  I used to manage our service dept besides the rest of my job.  The idiots that I managed would say things to me like Oh look at all the stuff I got Christmas shopping today.  Well DUH you must have gone Christmas shopping on company time because the stores don't open before 9 and it's not lunch time yet.
Or don't tell me you had to drive over 50 miles round trip to go home because you left all your weed at home.  Meantime I have customers calling having a fit because you haven't shown up for your 10 am appt.  Oh yeah I will just keep quiet.

Claw...you go girl!!  I'm like you...and mostly I asked this question because I was feeling badly about calling for Star...I don't like to 'make trouble' for anyone...but then again...there wouldn't BE trouble if the guy had taken care of her in the first place.  Like the Humane Society inspector put it...if he can't provide for the animal properly...then he shouldn't own her...and I REALLY only had Star's best interests at heart.
