Drink water, water and more water.  Maybe some oj and also soup.  Don't really find that cold meds do too much.  We've had pretty good luck with zicam fast melts.  But you have to start them at the first sign of a cold.

usually keep going on as if nothing was wrong i.e. going to work.  If it gets really bad i dope myself up with cold medicine and sleep.

Shoot!  And I saw that Zicam today for me, but passed it by
