Do you meditate?
Yoga, or some exercise thing as such?
How do you "deep" relax?

Do you meditate?  I don't think what I do would be considered meditating...but I can block things out...

Yoga, or some exercise thing as such?  I know some Yoga...but want to get into it more...especially for the breathing exercises

How do you "deep" relax?  Ativan...hahahahahah j/k
I do know how to relax using deep breathing and changing my frame of mind...laughing is one of the best de-stressers...and...having 'face' time with my Angel girl or hiding in my office helps...if the weather's nice I go outside and 'commune' with nature...hehehehe
