Are you a bread fanatic? I love, love, love, love, love....bread. I have to be a little careful because of the 'weight' issue I'm having...but I've switched to more 'grain' breads to offset...heheheh...but if the bread is fresh...I'm happy with just tearing off a hunk or taking a slice and eating it plain... What kind of bread is your favorite? My fav would have to be Challah bread I think...but I'll eat almost any kind that doesn't taste like 'squirrel food...oh...and I don't care for the actual Caraway seeds in Rye...but I love a good seedless rye. Do you have a favorite brand of bread? I was raised on Wonderbread (one of my Uncles was a Wonderbread delivery man), but they don't sell it in this area...there are others...but they don't sell any of those here either  Do you bake fresh bread at home? I used to bake white-bread at home...I haven't done it in a long time...and no...I don't have a bread machine so it was the old-fashioned rising and kneading by hand thing...but now I'm thinking about trying other breads...I 'may' even get a bread machine...heheheheh |
