I only know that is easier said than done,
we must keep soldiering on,
and try and make the better days make up for the bad ones,
sorry about your son,
some young ones have to learn the hard way and nothing you say or do changes that.
But you take care of yourself.

Caz Good to here you keeping your pecker up as my old Dad used to say.
I was diognosed with copd 3and half years ago,then athsma a year later, now Nov 15th Last year I had heart attack, and Dec a stent put in artery in my heart feel alot better now.
I also have athritos,which gives me mobility problems,
but have to keep smiling ,
one day I can be on sofa for day another up and about make most of those days like you.
