The time to make changes is between November 15th and December 31st. I was finding a Plan D for myself for the first time. It was to be effective November 1st. I knew things would be changing.
One example, here in Arizona. 2008 for my husband’s Medco Plan D was $37.80 per month and increasing to $45.60.
I picked AARP for my Plan and will probably keep it. It was $27.10 when I applied for it. Now it will be $32.60
