Thanks all, I am saving the emails I don't have. So anyone that wants to send me yours I will keep it safe so we can keep in touch Rubylegg@msn.com I have set up another chestlungorcopd group and will give the address once I get on a bit more. I have a friend helping me set it up. Hope you can give it a go. I'll add the add the link. I'm waiting on the physio coming to see if she can help me more. My back agony today.
