Cilla - Waitrose is a supermarket with a very nice coffee shop which I used to go to every Friday and enjoy a nice cuppa, but just can't manage it at the moment. "Shanks Pony" means to use your own legs and feet, not wheelchairs or buggies etc. To walk it in other words.!! Lots of love and take care of yourself..Joan XX |
