here is somthing I did today. I had to improvise a bit could not get the rounded square the way they said so I just went to preset and had one there
than I put the marching ants around the border did the gradiant fill as they said and followed from there I used a tube I had already the ones they are suggesting are pics and t hey just did not look ok for me a tube was better
anyway here is my result
