Good morning All!
I know I have only just joined this group, but nonetheless, I needed to post this prayer request please.
Would you all please pray for us that we/ our real estate agent fills our rental property in Sydney REALLY SOON with tenants.
This property of ours is an investment property, & , up until the end of August we did have tenants in the house- but then they vacated at the end of their lease.
Our real estate agent has spent the last 3 wks trying to find new tenants for us.
We are in the position that if we don't have tenants in this property within about the next month, we are going to be in real trouble financially- ie. we will not be able to make full or any repayments on any of our loans.
I for one am trying not to get overly stressed or anxious about this- but it is difficult.
We would really appreciate prayers for us & this request.
