Fantastic Taco Salad Serves:  Ingredients: 2 lbs. ground beef 1/2 head lettuce 2 medium tomatoes 1 small onion 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 can red beans 1 can tomato sauce 1 bag Doritos 1 cup shredded Colby cheese 1/2 cup chopped black olives 1/2 cup chopped green olives Procedure: Brown meat. Chop tomatoes, onions and olives and combine in large mixing bowl with the drained meat,red beans and cheese. Add one package of dry taco seasoning. Add lettuce and Doritos last so they don't become soggy, then add can of tomato sauce. If mixture is a little thick, you can add another can of tomato sauce.
