hi all .. hope you all are having a good day.. pain is there today again big time.. sure sucks when i want to exercise...lol.. had not a bad weekend .. fall is in the air... still doing my exercising...

Yes, Fall is in the air and my allergies are letting me know it! LOL I'm sorry that your pain level is up! But you have a great attitude which is awesome!

i hope the dr. can find something for the pain you are having so you can enjoy yourself without pain.

not feeling too bad today just tired with lack of energy but i still will exercise and get supper done. it is cooler here these days.. sure hope you all are enjoying the fall weather.

Hey Tam hope all is well with you

I have been very depressed the past couple of days.I don't feel like doing much and my hubby only has his mind with work.I am tired of the pain and siting here alone as he works himself to death.If i was not so disabled i would leave him and start a new life without him. We can never do anything together on holidays and his day off. I am lonely and figure what is the used with life anymore?No I am not thinking of killing myself but wonder why god has gave me such a bad hand to deal with.thanks for listening.

well people good news, my landlady has consented that i can have a dog.. so we are getting one hopefully today if all works out.. i am so excited..

A dog awesome what kind will you be looking for i have two pugs and they are so loving i wouldnt know what to do without them.. Good luck to you..
