You're right.. these pictures have absolutely nothing to do with this thread.  In fact, most of them are age old pictures, circulated around the net for years. 
 
What's your point here? 
 
Why are you trying to make the case for our soldiers!?? You're missing our point COMPLETELY!  WE DON'T BLAME OUR SOLDIERS!  WE SUPPORT THEM!  ITS OUR GOVERNMENT WE HATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
And btw, the first picture is not an American soldier.  He's a british guy with a soft spot for cats.

Just last night, I was trying to tell you that I understood your posts and I've been trying to understand your posts... you haven't angered me on any of them, because I've done my best to try and get what you've been saying.  I  haven't posted with any sort of ill feeling to ANYTHING you've posted, not only on this thread, but on the Palin thread as well...

You know I think the world of you.  I have no idea what is going on with you lately but you seem to be a bit .......oh what's the word......sensitive?  I don't know if you're still sulking over the presidential campaign or what.  You and Carole have been friends for many years.  I love and adore you both.  So you both have different ideas, etc.  That's what makes you both unique.  I'd hate to see your friendship go to shit over something like this.  Is it really worth it to you?
