Obviously, the store policies can't violate any anti-discrimination laws. Since there isn't any law on the books requiring stores to create a birthday cake for any idiot who names his kid Hitler, the store was within it's rights. And yes, you're right, if a pharmacy decides it does not want to carry or dispense birth control, for whatever reason, they have every right to do so.
