Places of business are free to have their own policies that customers must adhere to in order to enjoy their services. No shirt, no shoes, no service.. and no "Adolph Hitler" on a birthday cake.
---
Not so --can a place of business decline service because of color---?
Can they decline service on basis of religion--?
Or can they decline service over political affiliation--?
-the argument about no shoes no shirt no service is not the same thing that is a health issue and enforced with laws to make it so--its more than just a store “policy?-so that point is not relevant (you should have known that (before such health ordinances where passed here we used to walk barefoot in stores all the time.
Im sure any store can put up some sign claiming this so called right not to serve anyone for any reason--but its only worth the paper its printed on--if its not backed up by law-the stores run the risk of law suits and accusations of discrimination.
Can a store refuse service if someone is black?-didn’t we all ready decide this in the 60’s
Could southern towns even stop the clan from marching down front street in answer to the freedom marches of the 60s--answer no they could not -by law they had to extend the same freedoms as any other group (weather they agreed with the philosophy or not--
Id also just like to say --my first post (though it did not conform to this groups more popular opinions (I seldom do))-was not nasty at all--
Only after char directed her next post specifically at me and called it idiotic did I retaliate in kind (of coarse you choose to ignore that (how typical)--and in close I just want to say if it pissed you or anyone off--tuff shit
Have a crappy Christmas and a shitty new year--hoe hoe hoe you bunch of ignorant hoes-lol
