Quick Goulash
  - 2 lb ground beef  
 - 2 tblsp chili powder  
 - 2 tsp salt  
 - 1/2 tsp pepper  
 - 1 green pepper, chopped  
 - 1/2 c onion, chopped  
 - 1 can (28 oz) whole tomatoes  
 - 1 can (8 oz) mushrooms, drained  
 - 1 can (15 oz) tomato puree  
 - 1 lb elbow macaroni (cooked) 
 
 Directions: 
 Cook macaroni. 
 In a large skillet, cook and stir first 6 ingredients until meat is done but not browned. 
 Add tomatoes, mushrooms and puree, simmer for 3 mins. 
 Add macaroni and mix well. 
 Servings: 6
