Cheesy Herb and Turkey Bites
10 thin slices turkey, about 4 inches on diameter
(or roast beef, ham or pastrami may be substituted)
¼ c. herb-and-garlic spreadable cheese
¼ c. finely chopped bell pepper
40 bite-size garlic-flavor or plain bagel chips or round buttery crackers
chopped fresh parsley or chives
Directions:
Spread each slice of meat with 1 teaspoon cheese and top with 1 teaspoon bell paper.
Carefully roll up.
Cut each into 4 pieces.
Place each roll on a bagel chip.
Garnish with parsley.
Serve immediately.
