Italian Beef Roast 4 lbs. rump roast 2 cans Franco-American Beef gravy 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix, dry 1/2 cup Wishbone Italian Dressing carrots and potatoes, peeled and chunked, optional
Mix gravy cans, mushrooms, soup mix and Italian dressing, pour over beef in pan. Cook until done (300 degrees) 1 hour 15 minutes per pound., add carrots and potatoes last hour of cooking. (You will adjust this if cooking in a crock pot)
