Beef Tips with Mushrroms and Onions
4 pounds beef tips
2 large onions cut into chenks
4 pounds button mushrroms or larger ones cut or sliced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 teasppons steak seasoning
2 Tablesppons cooking oil
water
Put cooking oil in in large skillet add meat. Cook until no longer pink, stirring often. Add onions and water to cover. Cook on medium heat until water is gone. Add seaasonings and mushrooms. stir. Add water to about half way up mix. Cover and steam until done
