BEEF TIPS AND NOODLES Ingredients:
1 lb. tender steak (I buy whatever is on sale)
1 chopped onion
4 oz. canned mushrooms
2-3 T. cooking oil
2 cans Campbell's Beefy Mushroom Soup
1/2 c. red wine (optional)
2 T. cornstarch
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. garlic salt
1/4 t. pepper
Cooked noodles
Directions:
Cut steak (rib eye or sirloin) into bite-sized
pieces and brown well with onion in hot oil. Add
mushrooms, soup and wine, stirring constantly.
Add spices. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. If mixture
is not thick enough, mix cornstarch with 1/4 c.
water until smooth and add a little at a time,
stirring constantly, until desired thickness. Serve
over hot noodles.
