Iced Irish Creme Coffee     - 10 cups fresh strong brewed Irish Creme flavored coffee 
 3 cups vanilla ice cream  -  
- Pour brewed coffee into large heatproof pitcher. Cover; refrigerate until chilled (about 2 hours).

- To serve, scoop 1/2 cup ice cream into each 16-ounce glass.

- Pour chilled coffee over ice cream.
