Raspberry-Mint Punch
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup slightly packed mint leaves
1 cup boiling water
1 10-oz pkg frozen red raspberries
1 6-oz can frozen lemonade concentrate
2 cups cold water
Combine the first 3 ingredients, let stand 5 minutes. Add berries & concentrate; stir till thawed. Strain into a chilled pictcher half full of ice; add cold water, stir. Garnish glasses with fresh mint leaves.
Serves 8 people.
