Chili Cornbread 9 oz. can of chili 6 oz. cornbread mix 1 cup grated cheese 1 cup chopped onion 1 Tbs. chili powder
Heat oven to 400. Evenly pour chili in a 9" baking pan. Mix cornbread according to direction on box/bag, add 1/2 cup of chopped onion & chili powder to the cornbread. Pour on top of chili. Bake 40 minutes top with onion and cheese. Return to oven to melt.
