Cherry Bread 2 eggs 3/4 cup all purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1-6oz jar maraschino cherries (Reserve 1/3 cup of the juice) chopped 3/4 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350
Beat eggs and sugar in one bowl. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to the egg mixture alternately withe the reserved juice. Fold in the chopped cherries and the chopped nuts. Put into a 8" or 9" loaf pan. Bake 45 to 50 min.
