Grands!® Eggs Benedict   Makes: 4 servings    Our version of an elegant egg dish takes only 20 minutes to prepare.  |    
  |        | 1 |  (16.3-oz.) can Pillsbury® Grands!® Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits |    | 8 |  (1-oz.) slices Canadian bacon or cooked ham |    | 1 |  (1.25-oz.) pkg. hollandaise sauce mix |    | 8 |  eggs, poached |   
  |         | 1 .    | Heat oven to 375°F. Bake biscuits as directed on can.* |    | 2 .    | Meanwhile, lightly brown Canadian bacon slices in skillet; keep warm over low heat. Prepare hollandaise sauce as directed on package. Prepare poached eggs. |    | 3 .    | To serve, split warm biscuits; place 2 halves on each plate. Top each with bacon slice, poached egg and sauce. |
