Ingredients
15 medium cucumbers (sliced)6 medium onions (sliced) Soak cucumbers in salt water 30 minutes. (1/2 cup salt and water to cover) 3 cups vinegar 1 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon tumeric 1 teaspoon mustard seed 1 teaspoon celery seed 1 teaspoon salt Dash of pepper
Procedure
Drain cucumbers and onions and add to remaining ingredients. Boil together for 10 minutes. Fill hot jars and seal while hot.
