Pizza Casserole with Macaroni Crust
  
 2 lbs ground beef
1 onion, chopped
10-oz can tomato soup
28-oz jar pizza sauce
1 tbsp sugar
3/4 lb dry macaroni
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
4-oz bag grated sharp cheddar cheese
8-oz bag grated mozzarella
  
  
 In a large skillet, brown ground beef & onion. Drain off drippings.
 To beef in skillet, add tomato soup, pizza sauce, & sugar. Simmer, covered for 10 minutes.
 Meanwhile, cook macaroni according to pkg directions, but only for 7 minutes. Drain well. Return cooked macaroni to saucepan. 
 In a small bowl, combine egg & milk. Pour over cooked macaroni. Mix well.
 Pour macaroni into bottom of 9x13-inch baking dish/pan.
 Spread meat mixture over macaroni. Sprinkle with cheeses.
 Bake at 350~f. for 20-30 minutes, or till heated through & cheese is melted.
Makes 8 servings.
