Chicken Noodle Casserole
one package of noodles
3 chicken breasts cut into chunks
garlic - 1/2 teaspoon minced
1/2 medium onion diced
1 1/2 cups peppers ( I used combination of red, yellow and green)
2 teaspoons chicken seasoning
3-4 teaspoons ceorle seasoning
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk
1. Cook noodles until el dente on texture.
2. Place chicken chunks into a skillet where you have melted a tablespoon butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add ceorle seasoning, chicken seasoning, & pepper flakes. Cook, stirring occassionally. When chicken is about half way cooked add peppers, onion, & garlic. Continue to cook until chicken is partly browned and veggies are tender.
3. In a bowl place noodles and add the chicken soup, and evaporated milk. stir. Add chicken mixture and stir until mixed.
4. Place in casserole dish and bake approximately 1/2 hour.
