Cheddar Broccoli Bake
1 can cheddar cheese soup
½ C. milk
Dash of pepper
1 bag frozen broccoli, cooked
1 can French fried onions
1 2 qt casserole dish mix soup, milk, pepper and broccoli. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Stir. Sprinkle onions over broccoli mixture. Bake 5 more minutes or until onions are golden.
Corn Casserole With Bacon
6 slices bacon
¼ C. chopped onion
2 T. chopped green pepper
2 T. butter
2 T. flour
½ t. salt
1 C. sour cream
2 cans whole kernal corn, drained
1 T. parsley
In large skillet, fry bacon; drain, crumble, and set aside. Pour off bacon grease; melt butter over medium low heat. Add onion and green pepper, saute�?for 2 minutes; stir in flour and salt. Gradually add the sour cream. Heat until it just begins to bubble, stirring constantly; add corn and heat through; stir in half of the crumbled bacon. Transfer corn and sour cream mixture to a 2 quart casserole dish; top corn casserole with remaining crumbled bacon and chopped parsley
