Cheesy Tuna, Rice & Peas
1 1/2 cups hot water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 10-oz pkg frozen baby peas
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 6-oz can tuna, drained & flaked
1 1/2 cups instant rice
In a medium saucepan mix water & bouillon until dissolved. Add peas & bring to a boil. Add soup & stir until smooth. add tuna & bring to a boil again. Stir in rice, cover, remove from heat, & let stand 5 minutes.
