Simmered Corn Relish
  1/3 cup white vinegar 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon turmeric 1 1/4 cups whole kernel corn, yellow 1/4 cup diced onion 2 tablespoons sweet red bell pepper 2 tablespoons sweet green bell pepper
  Combine the vinegar, sugar, mustard, and turmeric in a small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the corn, onion, and bell pepper; cook for 4 minutes. Serve hot or cold.  Makes 1 1/4 cups of corn relish.
