Ham and Pasta Skillet
1 can (10-3/4 oz) Campbells condensed Broccoli Soup
1 cup milk
1 TBLS spicy brown mustard
2 cups fresh or frozen brocolli flowerts or broccoli cuts
3 cups cooked medium shell macaroni (About 2 cups dry)
1-1/2 cups cooked ham cut in matchstick-thin strips (8 ounces)
Red onion wedges for garnish
1. In a 10 inch skillet, combine soup, milk and mustard. Over medium
heat, heat to boiling.
2. Stir in broccoli. Return to boiling. Reduce heat to low.
Cover; cook 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Stir in
macaroni and ham. Heat through, stirring occasionally.
3. To serve, arrange mixture on platter. Garnish with onion,
if desired.
Makes about 6 cups or 4 servings
"Chicken and Pasta Skillet"
Prepare Ham and Pasta Skillet as directed above except substitute 2
TBLS Dijon-style mustard for the spicy brown mustard, 3 cups cooked
radiatore pasta (about 2 cups dry) for the shell macaroni and 1-1/2 cups
cooked chicken strips for the ham.
