Make Ahead Scrambled Eggs --- 2 dozen eggs scrambled 1/2 cup milk 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can mushrooms, drained 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed --- In the morning or the night before, Scramble eggs (cook), put in 9 x 13 pan, combine milk and soup and pour over eggs. Top with cheese cubes, mushrooms, onions and green pepper. Refrigerate at this point to re heat in the morning. Bake covered at 300 for one hour. |
