Cottage Cheese Dip
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese 1/4 cup plain yogurt 1 Tbs Dijon mustard Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste 1 small onion, finely chopped 3 Tbs chopped chives 2 Tbs capers 1 Tbs caraway or cumin seeds
Combine the cottage cheese, yogurt, mustard, salt, and pepper in an electric blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Makes about 2 cups.
