Amelia Island Shrimp Dip
Ingredients
- 12 oz. cream cheese
- 1 oz. coffee cream
- 4 Tbsp. garlic juice
- 2 tsp. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Tabasco
- 1 cup cleaned, cooked, cut up Shrimp
Directions Soften cream cheese. Place all ingredients in blender, except Shrimp. Blend thoroughly. Place mixture with Shrimp added in a saucepan and heat slowly. Place mixture in chafing dish to keep warm. Use triscuits when serving.
