Reuben Casserole Dip
1 lb. deli corned beef, shredded
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
1 cup sauerkraut, well drained
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
1 pkg. party rye bread.
Place the corned beef in a well greased 12"x 8" GLASS baking dish.
Spread the dressing over the corned beef. Top with the sauerkraut then
the cheese on top. Bake at 350: until bubbly. Serve with small slices
of party rye bread. A glass baking dish must be used with this recipe.
